INCORPORATION INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE: $800 10% discounts apply to members in good standing of the World Trade Center chapters throughout the world Includes: Name Search for Corporation or LLC State Filing Fee: Standard fee for a Corporation or LLC. Prices will vary depending on type of certificate of incorporation. Includes name reservation fee and mailing. Expedited Fee Included for Processing in 24hr Preparation and Recording of the Certificates Corporate Kit: Includes standard by-laws, stock certificates and a corporate seal Apostille: Includes the written action of incorporation Includes First Year Registered Agent Fee and Mail Forwarding An addition fee will be charged for Fed Express/UPS Shipment (Price may vary if Fed Express/UPS Shipments are required)
AFTER FIRST YEAR: ANNUAL REGISTERED AGENT PACKAGE: $500 Annual Registered Agent Fee/ Mail Forwarding: The fee includes a mailing address at The World Trade Center Delaware along with a $50 accommodation fee to the World Trade Center Delaware. We will receive process, and/or forward mail to one address.
