Corporate Holding Services is a full service incorporating company with over 10 years of experience. We provide customized services to businesses wishing to incorporate in the state of Delaware.

Conveniently located in Wilmington Delaware along the northeast corridor, midway between New York and Washington, D.C. , our quaint, three story building is within commuting distance from the Philadelphia airport. Amtrak service enables business travelers easy access for day trips. Overnight travelers will find our building within walking distance to many fine hotels and restaurants.

CHS will become the registered agent for your corporation. We will forward any mail, inquiries, and franchise tax forms to your attention.

For thirteen years, until the end of 1989, Henry Beckler, President of CHS, was director of Corporate Special Services with the Bank Of Delaware (now PNC Bank) . He has had extensive business and holding company experience and will furnish references upon request.

Jeannette Grzybowski , Vice President of Corporate Holding Services, Inc., facilitates the establishment of new holding company operations in Delaware. She manages the administration, accounting and tax services for the Investment Holding Companies as well as drafts the lease agreements and employment contracts. Jeannette also overseas CHS's incorporation services.

Prior to joining CHS, Jeannette has a nine year tenure with Star Financial Limited Partnership, a financial services company owned by Henry Beckler. Her last position was Vice President, managing sophisticated financial transactions with small businesses.
